The Call of Community
For the Van Zandts, North Idaho is truly home. That’s why you will find them giving back to the community in ways that are both practical and compassionate.
Currently, Rick serves on the board of the Twin Lakes Improvement association. He is on the financial board for Heart of the City Church as well as serving on Lakeland Long Range Planning Board. Corrinne serves by facilitating classes that help people with Group discipleship.

Rick Van Zandt, CPA, PFS
Rick has earned the respect and friendship of his clients through his integrity, personable demeanor, and plain old hard work. When you sit down across the desk from him you know he has your best interest in mind.
Rick has worked in public accounting for over 25 years. He earned his CPA in 1999, and subsequently established his reputation with CRI Capital Management. Ten years later, he and his wife Corrinne started their own firm, Van Zandt Financial Services.
For the past ten years, Rick has also served as a Financial Planner and now acts as a Wealthcare® Advisor. He is one of only two CPAs in North Idaho with the PFS (Personal Financial Specialist) credential.
Corrinne Van Zandt, CERTIFIED QUICKBOOKS® PROADVISOR
Corrinne is the quintessential bookkeeping professional—thorough, knowledgeable, detail oriented and focused. She also truly cares about helping you and your business stay on top of finances.
Corrinne has over 23 years of bookkeeping experience, working with large corporations, small businesses and non-profits. To better serve her clients Corrinne became a Certified QuickBooks® ProAdvisor. She provides expert advice on how to get started using QuickBooks, troubleshoots problems using the software, and can teach you to use QuickBooks to its fullest potential.
For the past 17 years, Rick and Corrinne have lived in Rathdrum, Idaho, and raised their three children. Now they have grandchildren too, who are among their greatest joys. Surrounded by natural beauty, the Van Zandts enjoy hiking and biking in the mountains around their hometown.
Melia Ratchen, Receptionist
Melia Ratchen grew up in Oregon and later worked in the insurance industry for nine years before starting a family with her husband Matt. She then transitioned to being a stay-at-home mom for their two children. In 2005, the family moved to Spokane Valley to support Matt's career and later to Rathdrum in 2013. In her free time, Melia enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, and gardening. She also values spending time with her family and helping others.
Katrina Boyer, Client Services
As Client Service Specialist, Katrina plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless administrative support for our Wealthcare investment clients. Her experience in customer support, admin services, and CRM management ensures that every client interaction is not only smooth but also personalized.
Katrina is passionate about supporting communities and business owners by shopping locally, and assisting investment clients and business owners in planning for a comfortable retirement.
When she’s not working from her remote office, she’ll be off exploring mountains, valleys, nooks and crannies throughout Southern Idaho.
